AI Features

FAQs about BCB’s AI features, insights, and scenario modelling assistance.

  1. What does Apollo do?
Apollo helps create and model business scenarios using plain-language instructions.

Describe a business change you would like to explore, and Apollo will build a scenario to help you understand how it may affect future cashflow and forecasting outcomes.

  2. Why does Apollo ask questions?
Apollo may ask follow-up questions when more information is required to accurately model a scenario.

For example, Apollo may ask about:
    - Costs
    - Timing
    - Employee numbers
    - Wages
    - Payment delays
    - Contract values

Providing additional information helps Apollo create a more accurate scenario.

  3. What happens if I don't know some of the answers?
If information is unavailable, Apollo may make reasonable assumptions based on the information provided.

These assumptions are displayed before the scenario is created so you can review them.

  4. Is Apollo using my data securely?
Yes. Apollo operates within BCB's secure platform environment and follows the same privacy and security standards as the rest of the platform.

  5. Can I turn Apollo off?
Apollo is built into the Scenario Modelling experience.

If you are not using Apollo to create  scenarios, it does not continue running in the background.

  6. Important Disclaimer
Apollo-generated scenarios are planning tools only.

Always review assumptions, calculations and scenario outcomes before making business decisions.

Actual business outcomes may differ from forecast results.
