Business Conveyor Belt Version 3.0
A major BCB release with improved access, integrations, scenario planning and onboarding.
Version 3.0 introduces a new sign-in and organisation experience, subscription plans, connected data sources, scenario planning tools, and an updated support experience.
HighlightsSign-in and organisation management
You can sign in using the new secure account experience, manage your profile, select your organisation, and invite team members where your role allows it.
Existing users may be asked to sign in again as part of the move to the new account system.
Plans and billing
Business Conveyor Belt now supports Foundation, Momentum and Performance plans. Billing administrators can view and manage their subscription through the billing portal, including changing plans and reviewing invoices.
A 14-day Momentum trial is available for eligible new organisations.
Data connections
You can connect Xero, MYOB and Simpro to bring business data into Business Conveyor Belt. Connection status and synchronisation feedback have been improved, and manual synchronisation remains available.
Scenario planning
The new Scenario Manager lets you create and compare financial scenarios separately from your current baseline. You can compare selected scenarios and review their potential impact before deciding whether to apply a scenario to your baseline.
Onboarding and support
Organisation administrators now have a guided onboarding checklist to help set up their organisation. Support requests and help content are available through the Business Conveyor Belt Support Centre.
Fixes and improvementsThis release also improves invitation handling, organisation switching, billing access, plan changes, scenario creation and comparison, and synchronisation feedback across connected systems.
What you need to do- Use the new Business Conveyor Belt app address:
app.bcbelt.com. - If you are responsible for billing, review your organisation’s plan and subscription details after signing in.
- Reconnect or reset an external connection only when you intend to use a different source account, as this can affect the organisation’s imported data.
