Version 3.0.1 improves the reliability of scenario planning, organisation access, billing, onboarding and subscription setup.

Scenario planning improvements

Scenario planning is now more reliable when creating recurring transactions, updating existing scenarios and applying a scenario to your baseline.

• Recurring transactions can be created more reliably.
• Approved changes can be applied to existing scenarios.
• Percentage-based transaction updates now calculate correctly.
• Category names with extra spaces are handled more reliably.
• You will be warned if a scenario includes a change to a baseline item that has since been removed, helping prevent incomplete updates.

Organisation access and billing

This release improves how organisations and roles are handled.

• You should see only the organisations you can access when signing in.
• Deactivated users can no longer access organisations or begin onboarding.
• Billing information and messaging now align with Organisation Admin permissions.

Onboarding and scenario views

• The onboarding checklist now removes the “Add a scenario” action once it has been completed.
• Scenario Sandbox has clearer visual hierarchy for totals, subtotals and detailed rows, making financial information easier to review.

Subscription improvements

Foundation, Momentum and Performance subscription plans have been configured with their relevant access and allowance settings. Organisation subscriptions and related billing permissions are now more closely aligned.

No action is required. If you use Scenario Manager, you may notice clearer feedback when updating or applying scenarios.
